Job Description
The Senior 3PL Site Manager is an exciting role within our Supply Chain Operations team who will be responsible for overseeing the operational third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Arizona – known as a Sort Center. This leader will be the on-site Nordstrom representative, and the main point of contact (POC) for the location, which will be operated and managed by a third-party provider. This role will be responsible for ensuring the 3PL meets established KPIs and metrics, managing the relationship with the 3PL, Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores, and fostering an environment of operational excellence and analytically driven continuous improvement to drive efficiency, service, and accuracy.
