Paragon Education is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Pershore. Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Assisting with adapted learning activities and classroom support
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and social development
• Supporting pupils with communication and emotional regulation
• Implementing EHCP targets and individual support strategies
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
