Long Term Futures is seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Northfield from September 2026. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils across Early Years and Key Stage One with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Many pupils use alternative communication methods, including PECS, Makaton, visual timetables, communication boards, and other communication aids.

Experience supporting non‑verbal or minimally verbal children would be highly advantageous.
