Assistant to provide focused 1:1 support. This role is ideal for someone with
strong SEN experience who is passionate about helping pupils access learning in
a supportive, structured environment.
 Role Overview 
 Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs 
 Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies 
 Encourage engagement, confidence and emotional regulation 
 Support classroom routines, transitions and small‑group work 
 Candidate Profile 
 Previous SEN experience is essential 
 Calm, patient and adaptable approach
