EduTalent Group are searching for a number of Tutors and SEN Learning Support staff for a fantastic setting in West Sussex.

As a SEN Tutor/Learning Support you will play a key role in supporting the learning, personal development, and well-being of pupils. You’ll work alongside experienced educators to deliver tailored support to children with diverse needs, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you will:

• Support pupils with their educational, personal, and social development.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to planning, monitoring, and assessment.
• Assist with the implementation of individualised learning strategies and behaviour plans.
• Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all learners.
• Engage positively with families, carers, and professionals.
