SEN Learning Support Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in the Basingstoke area. This role focuses on supporting students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges.

You will play a key role in helping pupils access education by providing individualised support, encouraging engagement, and assisting them in developing confidence both academically and socially. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on each pupil’s needs.
