Job Details:

+ $0.68 - $0.72 per mile
+ Stop pay: $37 per stop
+ Outsource work: $225-$400 per day
+ New hire training pay: $20 per hour
+ Safety training pay: $20 per hour
+ Holiday pay: $200 per day
