Job Details:

+ $0.67 - $0.70 per mile
+ Live stop pay: $40 per stop
+ Trainee pay: $240 per day
+ Detention pay: $21 per hour after 2 hours
+ Unload pay: $50 - $100 per load
+ Safety training pay: $20 per hour
+ Holiday pay: $160 per day
