About the Role
We are seeking a SEMH Learning Support Assistant – Youth Resilience & Life Skills to join a specialist alternative provision supporting learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
This role focuses on helping young people develop resilience, emotional regulation, and practical life skills to thrive in school and beyond. You will provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions, and mentor learners to build confidence, engagement, and positive decision-making.
