What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Good communication skills

Comfortable with selling/cross selling over the phone and handling rejections.

Thrive in meeting sales targets.

Able to draft seller-centric emails to pitch about programme or to answer queries

Fluent in both written and oral English

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel for cross-teams trackings.

What you'll be doing on the job

Cold call Marketplace sellers who do not have KAMs/vKAMs as contact point to pitch and assist sellers with entire sign-up process.

Understand the entire programme and its benefits in order to articulate to sellers and answer any queries.
