Sustain the Change Ltd is a young, purpose-driven consultancy founded in 2024 by Scott Duncan. The business supports community development, social value, and sustainability projects across Renfrewshire and Scotland. As a neurodivergent founder with ADHD and dyslexia, Scott uses Access to Work to help manage workload, organisation, and project delivery while continuing to support local charities and community organisations.

Initially, this is on a short-term basis until around Oct 2026.

Role Description

I’m looking to work with a self-employed support worker for up to 8 hours per week who can help me stay organised, focused, and on top of admin, projects, and day-to-day tasks. This support is funded through the UK Access to Work scheme and is designed to help me manage the practical impacts of ADHD and dyslexia while running my business.
