Job Role and Duties

• Plan, strategize and achieve/exceed assigned recruitment targets, improving, tracking and reporting on recruitment performance in quarterly reports, keeping a close eye on related metrics and KPIs.
• Create and execute elaborate and effective plans and strategies to enhance and optimise candidate sourcing by building effective recruitment channels, and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
