**Day-to-Day Tasks:**
+ Conduct routine patrols of all hotel areas (public areas, back-of-house, accommodation, and perimeter) as per assigned schedule.
+ Monitor CCTV screens continuously and report any irregularities immediately.
+ Check and secure all access points, doors, and emergency exits.
+ Verify colleague and visitor identification before granting access to restricted areas.
+ Maintain a visible presence in lobby, entrances, and key operational areas.
+ Assist guests with directions, basic inquiries, and support in a courteous and professional manner.
+ Record all incidents, observations, and activities in the daily security logbook.
+ Perform routine checks on fire safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms, emergency lighting).
+ Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency calls.
