General Function: On top of the standard sales account management & relationship building, the SME

• Department Head should be able to deliver the budget of SME Loans. Should be able to manage in standard sales activities such as but not limited to: DSAs/agents & branches presentation, orientation, solicitation of loan applications & accreditation renewals .
• Monitoring of accredited DSAs, turn-ins, approval & booking shall be managed as well. Planning and strategic sales management shall be observed at all times for the purpose of growing the business responsibly.
