Job Responsibilities:
To lead system engineers and manage the facility systems and assist facility Operation team for a smooth trouble free operation, assist Maintenance team in upkeep of the facility systems, improve the system reliability and availability. To perform feasibilities studies on improvement in relation to cost saving, operational aspect improvement. Lead working team to prepare proposal, plan design, schedules and Budget for facility modifications / improvements for Management review and approval. Plan, manage and update approved programs & projects with support from facility System Engineers. Work with internal, external customers, consultant and government agency pertaining to improvement programs/projects where necessary. Ensure safety rules and regulations compliance when programs / projects are initiated with support from assigned Operation system engineers.
