**Description** The Environmental & Regulatory Compliance (ERC) Section Manager is responsible for the supervision, training, and direction of ERC staff in Burns & McDonnell’s Northeast Region. Along with the duties below, this position will continue to include technical ERC assignments.



Specific areas of responsibility include the following, with other duties as assigned by ERC department management and senior management:



+ Advocate for safety in the department.

+ Drive a culture of quality and continual improvement.

+ Provide overall leadership to the team through strong communication, empowerment, delegation and servant leadership.
