Job Responsibilities:

  • The Secretary (one year contract) will provide administrative and secretarial support for day-to-day tasks (schedule management, booking meeting venues, handling meeting logistics, and managing requests from staff and external companies as well as agencies for meeting slots);
  • Manage travel arrangements for the Director, handle expense claims, procure office supplies as well as track processing of invoices and payments;
  • Organise divisional functions, off site and teambuilding events as needed;
  • Prepare meeting materials and event admin briefs where necessary;
  • Perform budget tracking for certain line items and purchase related processes;
  • Participate in any other ad hoc projects (such as assisting with events management) and committees as assigned from time to time.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline;
  • Min. five years of secretarial experience at the executive level preferred...
