**Qualifications**

+ High School diploma/GED required; some college preferred
+ Two years clerical experience, preferably in health care setting

**Responsibilities**

+ Assists in staffing in order to ensure appropriate levels of staff for quality care
+ Communicates staffing needs to appropriate Managers, Supervisors, and patient care units
+ Prints and updates staffing boards
+ Assigns nursing staff according to staffing needs
+ Performs receptionist duties and screens all personnel and visitors

+ Records absence from duty of nursing personnel and reports information to appropriate unit.
