Assists in staffing in order to ensure appropriate levels of staff for quality care Communicates staffing needs to appropriate Managers, Supervisors, and patient care unitsPrints and updates staffing boardsAssigns nursing staff according to staffing needsPerforms receptionist duties and screens all personnel and visitorsPerforms receptionist duties and screens all personnel and visitors.Records absence from duty of nursing personnel and reports information to appropriate unit.Calls staff for reassignment or overtime; notifies and records appropriately; Assigns supplemental staff.Directs Supplemental Staff to units, validates sign in & out of supplemental staffData EntryProvide clerical support to Director
