About the Role Our client, a well-established multinational company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Secretary / Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:15pm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day work-from-home per week)
Key Duties Manage office administration including schedules, leave records, and shared inbox
Maintain office assets, inventory, and coordinate IT / facility-related matters
Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels) and handle expense & claims processing
Support procurement of office supplies, catering, and daily operational needs
