Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Assist in menu development and work with residents to tailor menus.
- Prepare high‑quality, wholesome dishes using fresh seasonal produce.
- Create a warm, efficient and fun environment for the team.
- Work within budget, complete regular audits and manage stock control.
- Assist in leading and motivating the kitchen team.
