Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, or a closely related accounting function.

• Background in public accounting or in-house reporting for a publicly traded company is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

• CPA designation is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in SEC financial reporting and Exchange Commission compliance standards.

• Ability to analyze technical accounting guidance and translate requirements into clear reporting outcomes.
