When the weather breaks, the clock starts. We need dependable seasonal Operation team members to help us manage inventory and logistics during our busiest window of the year (March – June). It’s fast-paced, high-impact work that keeps our local agriculture community moving forward.
Primary Objective: To provide daily location operations support efficiently and safely. Maintain location equipment and facilities for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.
Major Accountabilities:

+ Report to assigned workplace at the time specified; report late arrivals or absences to supervisor prior to start time
+ Operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities as assigned
+ Assist and follow preventative maintenance activities and record.
+ Assist with the distribution of farm supply products and grain when assigned
