**Mold Maintenance Overview**

+ Conditions and reconditions molds for fabrications of hull, deck and small parts.
+ Ensures overall quality of the produced part including inspecting molds and noting defects for repair.
+ Typically requires a high school education and some prior related lamination work experience or auto body repair experience.
