Operations Customer Service Executive (OCSE) Salary: $3000 - $3500
Working Time: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm (can choose)
Working Location: Paya Lebar
Job Duties - Handles all clients inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitors shipments with contractors and vendors and updates both internal & external stakeholders
- Performs data entry, opening & closing of files and costing preparation in tandem to invoice generation
- Collaborates with all departments to better address clients needs, providing regular updates to higher management
- Assists in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations
- Supports & involves in continuous improvement programs with internal team to ensure control & processes to provide a high level of customer service & work efficiencies
- Upsells company products and identifies new business opportunities through clients’ referrals
