Job Description

• As the Scrum Master, you will collaborate with a team to deliver full stack solutions that align with the project priorities.
• Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring development teams adhere to scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to enhance processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making, and removing any impediments that the teams may face.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of applications to help troubleshoot and report issues accurately to dev team.
