What you will do

1. Facilitate Scrum processes and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
2. Lead dailies, manage sprints, remove impediments, and ensure optimal use of JIRA Cloud.
3. Hands-on design, create, and refine dashboards in Jira Cloud.
4. Implement continuous improvement practices through Retrospectives and Kaizens.
5. Coach team members to be able to take over the role of Scrum Master once coaching is complete.
