Scribe

A Scribe serves under direct supervision of an assigned Provider to obtain and document general patient care information.

Requirements:

• Education and experience in the health care delivery system with focus in Medical care services.
• Medical information gathering ability as well as ability to dictate reports.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and accepted abbreviations
• Communication skills and the ability to coordinate and cooperate with multiple members of the health care team.
