Job Description We are looking for a candidate for high-speed analog integrated circuit design. This candidate will contribute to the development of high-linearity driver circuits for next generation high performance silicon photonics modulators. This requires the candidate to work closely with the optics team on the electro/optical co-design as well as system integration and validation.
Job Responsibilities - Design, develop and validate high linearity voltage mode and current mode drivers, linearity enhancement circuit, variable gain amplifier and the gain control circuits.
- 3D EM Modelling of passives including interconnects, transmission line and on-chip inductors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative circuit solutions for electro-optical interface.
