The Role
A secondary school in Shrewsbury is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their department from September 2026 on a permanent basis.
The role involves teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. You will support students in developing scientific knowledge, practical skills, and confidence while preparing them for GCSE Science examinations across mixed-ability classes.
Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour, and contributing to the wider success of the Science department.
