High School Level

Commences September 2026 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Seeking a science teacher to provide instruction in physical science to high school students in an alternative setting. Key responsibilities include:


+ Provide direct instruction to high school students in science - specifically in physical science

+ Develop engaging curricula and projects that meet the current standards in science within a project-based learning environment

+ On-going collaboration with the Evertech Academy & P-TECH teams to create meaningful learning experiences for students at the high school level with varying skills, interests, and abilities

+ Meet the needs of diverse learners and implement instructional strategies to support student success


Job Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


+ NYS Certification in Science
