Roles & Responsibilities 1. System Support - Develop and implement a structured school counselling programme, including systems for needs analysis, early identification, and referral.
- Advise school management on student mental health trends and counselling strategies relating to students with ASD.
- Provide consultation and training for staff and parents on mental health, ASD, and first-line support strategies.
- Collaborate with external professionals and community agencies for further interventions.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of counselling programmes and student outcomes.
2. Preventive Programme - Design and deliver psycho-educational programmes (group and school-wide) on emotional regulation, social skills, and coping strategies.
