Job Description GEMS Founders School, Masdar City, seeks a Social Compliance Officer (SCO) to lead regulatory compliance at the school level. The SCO will ensure alignment with local educational authorities (MOE, ADEK, KHDA, SPEA, RAK, MOHRE), Civil Defense, Health and Safety, and other relevant bodies.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the student regulatory system, including registrations, transfers, withdrawals, and mark entries.
- Coordinate the teacher approval process with HR, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all permits and licences required for school operations.
- Organize school‑level compliance documentation related to regulatory and administrative requirements.
