Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for the 2026-2027 school year in **Chula Vista, CA.**

**Position Details:**

**Pay:** $26-28/hour depending on experience

**Start Date:** August 2026

**Hours Per Week:** 30

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday

**Length:** 2026-2027 School Year

**Requirements:** RBT certificate, ABA experience, 6-12 months experience as a Behavioral Technician, must be comfortable toileting and changing. Will be working with children with special needs. Prior experience working with children or as a caregiver is required. High school diploma or GED.
