to support the culinary leadership team in delivering high-quality savory dishes. This role requires a strong background in savory cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and team leadership. You will assist in overseeing the day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring consistent food quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sous Chef and Area Chef in all kitchen operations, with a focus on savory production. Supervise and guide line cooks and kitchen assistants during prep and service. Ensure all savory dishes are prepared and presented according to standards and recipes. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all kitchen areas.
