We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, resilient and inspirational Satellite Leader to support the leadership of our established School.

This is a key leadership role, providing an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and aspirational colleague to contribute to both strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the Headteacher and Trust leaders. The role carries a significant focus on safeguarding (DDSL), behaviour, inclusion and SEND, alongside responsibility for supporting the development of a high quality curriculum.

The successful candidate will deputise for the Headteacher as required, providing consistent, visible leadership and ensuring high standards of safeguarding, behaviour and provision are maintained at all times.
