Role Overview

As a Senior Associate in Transaction Analytics, you will support EY's Strategy and Transactions practice by delivering data‑driven insights across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate finance engagements. You will work with large and complex datasets to identify value drivers, risks, and trends that inform client decision-making throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with EY transaction teams, clients, and other stakeholders, leveraging advanced analytics, financial data, and business intelligence tools to support high‑impact transactions.
