• Strong lessor management and negotiation skills, with ability to secure favorable and compliant lease terms.
• Conduct field-level research on land availability, ownership status, and suitability for deployment.
• Analyze market values, zonal rates, and lease benchmarks to inform negotiation strategy.
• Provide recommendations for site prioritization based on technical feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Initiate and manage direct engagement with landowners, barangay officials, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate lease terms that align with project objectives, budget constraints, and legal standards.
• Prepare, review, and validate lease agreements, MOAs, and related legal documents.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Regulatory teams to ensure completeness and compliance.
