Experience

• L2: 3–6 years in SAP SuccessFactors support
• L3: 6–10+ years in SAP SuccessFactors support / enhancements

Core Responsibilities (L2)

• Handle incident and service request tickets via ServiceNow / Jira
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution within SLAs
• Support data fixes, and user access issues
• Coordinate with Local HROSS, business users, and technical teams
• Perform testing as part of SOWs
• Maintain functional documentation and SOPs
• Escalate complex issues to L3 / SAP when needed

• Own complex incidents, defects, and change requests
• Design and implement configuration changes and enhancements
