• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• SAP Certification (mandatory)
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Solid understanding of Core HR business processes
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Foundation Objects configuration
• Business Rules and Workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• MDF (Metadata Framework)
• Integration troubleshooting (SAP CPI )
• Position Management
