Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Mandatory Experience: Proven hands‑on experience leading at least one full BW on‑prem to BW/4HANA migration, including delivery on customer side, with knowledge of SAP's migration tooling (Shell Conversion, Remote Conversion, or In‑Place Migration). Must have experience working directly with SAP or a certified partner on BW migration programs, and understanding of RISE with SAP, BTP, and managed cloud. Deep knowledge of BW/4HANA data modelling (aDSO, CompositeProvider, Open ODS Views) and assessment of legacy objects for migration or rebuild. SAP HANA optimization knowledge such as partitioning, indexing, and memory management in the context of BW. Understanding of BEx vs SAP Analytics Cloud reporting transition.
