Lead team meetings and complete required administrative tasks (e.g. reports, annual reviews).Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices, promoting innovation and growth within the team.Team Leadership & Development :

Manage and mentor a team of consultants, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Set development targets, provide regular feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews to ensure team growth.
