1. AMS Operations (L2/L3)
   • Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets.
   • Perform RCA and system corrections.
   • Support month-end inventory close and physical counts.
   • Provide on-call support.
2. SAP MM Functional Scope
   • Procure-to-Pay (PR/PO, Contracts, Source Lists).
   • Inventory Management (goods movements, consignment, subcontracting).
   • External Services Management.
   • Pricing and Tax.
   • Integration with SD, PP, QM, FICO.
3. SAP EWM Functional Scope
   • Inbound: ASN, GR, Deconsolidation, Putaway.
   • Outbound: Waves, Picking, Packing, Shipping.
   • Internal: Replenishment, Slotting, Physical Inventory.
   • Advanced: HU, RF, Cross-Docking, Yard Management.
   • Integration with TM, GTS, ERP.
