Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP / Application Management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role as a Supervisor or Manager.
Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation or enhancement projects.
Prior experience working in Retail, Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, FMCG Retail, or Department Store industries is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of end-to-end retail business processes, including: Procurement, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Store Operations, POS Integration, and Finance & Accounting.
