Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a SAP IS-U Billing Business Analyst (Meter-to-Cash) for their Miami Gardens, FL location. Responsibilities:

+ This position will be primarily responsible for supporting daily billing operations and resolving complex billing issues to ensure accurate customer billing and system functionality.

+ Billing Operations Support: Plan and manage assigned billing activities; complete analysis and resolution tasks within established timeframes

+ Daily Coordination: Participate in team meetings and track work progress using tools such as JIRA, Qmetry, Teams, and Outlook while coordinating with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams

+ Technical Analysis: Provide functional expertise on billing systems to ensure timely and effective issue resolution within SAP and CIS environments
