We’re seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) capabilities across a large-scale omnichannel environment.
This role sits at the intersection of customer data, identity management, compliance, automation, and digital experience, driving the implementation of scalable, secure, and real-time customer data solutions that support personalisation, loyalty, marketing activation, and compliant data governance.
The successful candidate will combine strong SAP CDP expertise with CIAM and integration experience, operating within a modern automation-first delivery environment.
