Lead the functional design, governance, and alignment of data and system capabilities across programs and business areas - specifically for the migration of the client’s SAP ECC HR solution with integration with SAP Defence and Security Lead the “As-Is” assessment of existing functional solution, including the assessment of mandatory simplification items (ECC to S/4HANA) and definition of system migration options and scope Assess options for integration between S/4HANA PA and OM from/to external HR/Pay solutions Assess ECC to S/4HANA HR Migration with integration to D&S; Perform Business Capability assessment - identifying capability areas for retain/retire/transform Perform Business Process Assessment to identify gaps in fit-to-standard, additional requirements, process change implications Support decisions on impl...
