New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an SAP Development Lead to support a large-scale SAP transformation initiative for a major municipal client. This role will provide technical leadership and oversight across SAP development activities related to the organization’s transition from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition) under RISE with SAP. The successful candidate will lead and govern SAP development initiatives spanning SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori/UI5, and enterprise integrations, while ensuring alignment with clean core principles, architectural standards, security requirements, and industry best practices. The role will work closely with system integrators, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams to support process transformation initiatives across Finance, Real Estate, Embedded Analytics, and enterprise modernization programs.
