Production SAP Issue Clearance and Triage: Troubleshoot Gate1 SAP execution issues such as task list clearance and vendor setup, acting as key liaison between business users and the technical DT team.
Incident Analysis: Document root causes and provide workarounds to minimize production downtime; troubleshoot and analyze SAP issues using root cause analysis.
Reporting and Shop Floor Visibility: Design, implement, and maintain SAP reporting dashboards and tools, including SAP Fiori apps, SAP Analytics Cloud, MRO Insight, and Spotfire, to provide real‑time visibility into Gate1 status and key performance indicators.
