Role Overview

Support a targeted upgrade of an existing SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 environment for a key client, ensuring service continuity, high technical quality, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Perform the upgrade of the SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 sandbox environment to a higher Support Pack, including all necessary pre‑checks, execution, and post‑upgrade validation.
